Guys help me with that!
Potential Energy :
Potential Energy is produced when an object changes it position; like a rubber band released from the stretch makes it do work.
Kinetic Energy:
Kinetic Energy is formed due to the motion of things.
Isnt that the same thing? I am really confused ! Huh HELP! Undecided
